Our state-of-the-art Smart Digital NIR Rubasse roaster allows us to craft expert roast profiles that spotlight the distinctive characteristics of each bean.

ORIGIN BACKGROUND: Magpie Farm, founded by Soonthon "San" Mingsirijaroen, is situated in the highlands of Pang Khon, Huay Chom Phu, Chiang Rai, at an elevation of 1,350 meters above sea level. This farm exemplifies sustainable mountainous agriculture, driven by a community of young innovators dedicated to enhancing their local environment and society through sustainable coffee farming practices.
Magpie Farm is renowned for its innovative Natural Carbonic Maceration (SCM) processing method, which helps produce unique and complex coffee profiles. This method, combined with varieties like Caturra, Bourbon, and Catimor, results in exceptional flavor. Magpie Farm not only focuses on producing high-quality coffee but also aims to create a sustainable ecosystem benefiting both the environment and the community.
Magpie Farm has also received recognition for its excellence, with awards in the green bean competition, SCATH 2023, achieving RANK 5 and 16 in the Natural Process category.

TIPS: Let your coffee rest and degas after it’s been freshly roasted. This allows excess gasses to escape, allowing the delicious flavor profile of the coffee to surface after 5-7 days from roasted date. So if you are outside of Thailand, grab immediately once is roasted! ☕️
Also storing your coffee in an airtight container helps!
